Large Dollar Orders may require additional fraud prevention verification. Returns- A return material authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns please contact us to secure a RMA number. Returns must be within 30 days of receipt and be in the original resalable packaging (refer to our policy page)INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FOR CREDIT - Effective immediately any product returned for credit from a foreign country will be subject to a mandatory 25% handling & restocking fee, further only items deemed and verified to be manufacturers defective products will be accepted for a credit. pictures and explanations of the defect are required in all cases. credit will be issued after the manufacturer has agreed to the defect and the item has been received at the required return facility. all shipping costs for the return will be born by the customer. in some cases the manufacturer at it’s discretion may compensate the customer for the return shipping. please be sure to measure items correctly to avoid an unnecessary return and added expense
